Description

VILLA MELAI  is a very beautiful villa of 1700 dipped in the green of the near the famous  towns of art of Tuscany and at only 25 km from the sea and about a kilometre from the little village of Orentano The villa is in a quiet zone and the same time comfortably reachable and central at the most important towns of Tuscany what Florence, Lucca, Pisa, San Geminiano, Volterra.

The villa is in a big private park with an irregular shaped swimming pool ( 14 x 16 ) with salt system.

The two properties available at Villa Melai are Cantina and Cascina

The two  flats are equipped with  fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, high chair and cot for baby. Sheets and towels are provided.

 In the garden every flat is equipped with barbecue, garden table and chairs for eating out of doors.

All the bathrooms are shower, basin, bidet and wc.

Furthermore: There are ten acres of grass and woodland behind the property with footpaths where you can walk. Both properties share the large garden area which has room for children to play . Beautiful swimming pool of irregular shape (16m x 14m) with shallow area for children and hydro massage. Ample parking.

CANTINA -sleeps 10

-flat on two floors with its entrance from the garden into the spacious sitting room., dinning/ kitchen, twin bedded room and bathroom. Upstairs there are three rooms with three bathrooms: two doubles and one with three beds.( a chair bed available on request)

 

CASCINA -sleeps 7

-flat on two floors with  its own entrance from the garden into a beautiful open-plan fitted kitchen and sitting/dining area . Also on the ground floor with separate entrance from the garden is a double bedroom with shower unit and bathroom. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, one double and one three bedded room and two bathrooms
